مقایسه ویژگی‌های جوانه‌زنی در اکوتیپ‌های مختلف زیره سبز (Cuminum cyminum L.) تحتسطوح مختلف تنش شوری

چکیده

شورییکیازعواملمحیطیاستکهسببکاهشویاتأخیردرجوانه‌زنیبذرهای گیاهانشدهوبراستقرارورشد گیاهانموثرمی‌باشد.این مطالعه به منظور بررسیومقایسهخصوصیاتجوانه‌زنیاکوتیپ‌هایمختلفزیرهسبز درسطوحمختلفتنششوری انجام پذیرفت. بدین منظور آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در 4 تکرار در آزمایشگاه گیاه‌شناسی دانشگاه یزد انجام گرفت. فاکتور اول تنش شوری با پنج سطح (0، 50، 100، 150 و 200 میلی‌مولار) و فاکتور دوم پنج اکوتیپ‌ مختلف زیره سبز (اصفهان، کاشان، مشهد اردهال، نیشابور، سبزوار) در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر متقابل تنش شوری و اکوتیپ‌های مختلف بر تمام صفات به جز متوسط زمان جوانه‌زنی معنی‌داربود. اکوتیپ نیشابور از لحاظ شاخص‌های درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه و همچنین شاخص بنیه بذر در سطوح مختلف تنش شوری از ثبات بیشتری نسبت به سایر اکوتیپ‌ها برخوردار بود. در صورتی که اکوتیپ سبزوار نسبت به سایر اکوتیپ‌ها عملکرد ضعیف‌تری داشتبنابراین توصیه می‌گردد در مناطقی که آب آبیاری شور می‌باشد از اکوتیپ نیشابور و در مناطق با شرایط غیر شور از اکوتیپ اصفهان استفاده گردد.
