تأثیر اسید هیومیک بر جوانه‌زنی و رشد اولیه سورگوم علوفه‌ای (Sorghum bicolor L) در شرایط تنش شوری

چکیده

شوری آب و خاک تهدیدی جدی برای کشاورزی در مناطق خشک و نیمه­خشک مانند ایران محسوب می‌شود. در سال­های اخیر بکارگیری روش­هایی که موجب افزایش تحمل گیاه به تنش شوری گردد مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفته است. به منظور بررسی تأثیر اسید هیومیک تجاری بر جوانه­زنی و رشد اولیه سورگوم علوفه­ایتحت سطوح مختلف تنش شوری آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در چهار تکرار در آزمایشگاه گیاه­شناسی دانشگاه یزد در سال 1395 انجام شد. فاکتور اول تنش شوری با سه سطح شامل 0، 120 و 240 میلی­مولار کلرید سدیم و فاکتور دوم اسید هیومیک با سه سطح شامل 0، 5/0 و 1 گرم در لیتر در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش سطوح تنش شوری درصد و سرعت جوانه­زنی، متوسط جوانه­زنی روزانه، بنیه بذر، طول ریشه­چه و ساقه­چه و همچنین وزن تر و خشک آنها به‌طور معنی­دار کاهش یافتند. به‌طوری‌که شاخص­های درصد و سرعت جوانه­زنی، بنیه بذر، طول ریشه­چه و ساقه­چه در تنش شوری 120 میلی‌مولار نسبت به تیمار شاهد به‌ترتیب 12، 24، 52، 51 و 33 درصد کاهش یافت. کاربرد اسید هیومیک با غلظت­های 5/0 و 1 گرم در لیتر باعث کاهش اثرات منفی ناشی از تنش شوری به‌ویژه در سطح 120 میلی­مولار شد. مصرف اسید هیومیک با غلظت 5/0 گرم در لیتر توانست سرعت جوانه­زنی، شاخص بنیه بذر و طول ساقه‌چه و ریشه­چه در تنش شوری 120 میلی­مولار به‌ترتیب 20، 25، 32 و 28 درصد افزایش دهد. با این­حال پیشنهاد می­شود که مطالعات تکمیلی در این زمینه در شرایط گلخانه و مزرعه صورت پذیرد.
