تعیین مؤثرترین تیمار جهت شکستن خواب بذر گیاه دارویی کهورک (Prosopis fracta)

به‌منظور شناخت عوامل اکو­فیزیولوژیکی مؤثر بر خواب و ایجاد شرایط بهینه برای جوانه­زنی بذر گیاه دارویی کهورک (Prosopis fracta)، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه علوم و تکنولوژی بذر دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شاهد با تیمارهایی که شامل شاهد، 80WS (بن­ماری 80 درجه سانتی­گراد به مدت سه روز)، 65WS (بن­ماری 65 درجه سانتی­گراد به‌مدت سه روز)، 80W (آون 80 درجه سانتی­گراد به مدت سه روز)، 65W (آون 65 درجه سانتی­گراد به‌مدت سه روز)، (65 WS)+ (5CS) (چینه سرمایی با دمای پنج درجه سانتی­گراد و سپس بن­ماری 65 درجه سانتی­گراد به‌مدت سه روز)، (80WS) + (5CS) (چینه سرمایی با دمای پنج درجه سانتی­گراد و سپس بن­ماری 80 درجه سانتی­گراد به‌مدت سه روز)، (65W)+(5 CS) (چینه سرمایی با دمای پنج درجه سانتی­گراد و سپس آون 65 درجه سانتی­گراد به‌مدت سه روز) و (80W)+ )5 CS) (چینه سرمایی با دمای پنج درجه سانتی­گراد و سپس آون 80 درجه سانتی­گراد به‌مدت سه روز) بودند، اجرا شد. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که بذور تیمار شده با (65 WS)+ (5CS)، بالا­ترین وزن تر گیاهچه (63/1 گرم) و خشک گیاهچه (19/1 گرم) و تیمار­های شاهد، 80WS و (80WS)+( 5CS) کمترین وزن خشک و تر گیاهچه (5/0 گرم) را به خود اختصاص دادند. بیش­ترین بنیه وزنی بذر مربوط به تیمار (65 WS)+ (5CS) (26/245) بود. هم­چنین تیمار (65 WS)+ (5CS) باعث شکست خواب سریع بذر و افزایش سرعت جوانه­زنی گردید. لذا مؤثر­ترین تیمار جهت شکست خواب بذر کهورک، تیمار بن ماری 65 درجه سانتی‌گراد توصیه می­شود.
